I have a 5950X with a gigabyte x570s Master motherboard. I'm wondering if there is a way to leave PBO on but to peg the maximum clock multiplier in order to reduce the overall temperature profiles. The clock multiplier goes all the way to x49 (4.9Ghz), which tends to create a lot of heat, even when only one or two cores push to this for a brief moment. Something like x45 would be plenty...
