I bought a new laptop hp db1060au. In this laptop my son had connected to a Karate class via cisco webex link. Around 30-40 students were there. My laptop gave below message and the browser got hanged.
Due to low-bandwidth or local computer conditions (such as CPU or RAM use), video is not currently available
Processor : Ryzen 3
RAM 4GB + 8GB - I added additional memory to this laptop.
When the I checked the processor and availability RAM when my browser was hanged, It was not that high around 24% of CPU was used and around 40% of RAM was used.
Could you pls let me know is this a problem with your CPU
