Are there any ways to get 4-way SLI on the aforementioned platform? It is for a system build I was going to do.

There's only one Ryzen motherboard which support 4 PCIe slots, the MSI MEG X570 GODLIKE Gaming, but nVidia only officially support up to two cards in SLI without hacking, and even then you can't use them in games.

So the answer to your question is "no".
