Can I get the 64 core server processor manager's email address for my company Cube Supercomputers

I have two package designs a 5"x5"x5" and 15"x15"x15" IC cubes. Both have over one hundred processors per cube with cryogenic cooling. I could build one for video with water cooling. A lot of software and hardware things have to change to build this cube. I'm the CEO of the company. Tying to get a good contact point. cubesupercomputers.com
