Boot problem with full 4 slots of ram with processor AMD RYZEN 7 2700

Can any one help me to solve my problem?

The problem that I can't install or boot windows 10 or 7 with pluged 4 modules of memory. I always had a BSOD.

With two modules every thing works great.

I know about dual channel and i have tried to change modules but nothing changed.

My config:

MB: GIGABYTE B450 AURUS M (last bios).

CPU: RYZEN 7 2700

RAM: 4 moduls of HyperX DDR4-2400 8192MB PC4-19200 Fury Black (HX424C15FB2K2/16)

GPU: GTX 960.

Power supply: Chieftec CTG-650C (650 Watt).

Your motherboard does not support 4 memory sockets of RAM at that speed with the RAM you are using.
