Boot Kit Request Update

Hello,

I applied for a boot kit to get my new Ryzen 5600G working with my new AM4 motherboard. I was obviously aware when purchasing that I'd have to do a BIOS update for compatibility. However, the motherboard I got does not feature the USB BIOS flashback function which now requires a boot kit to update.

I received a response 4 days ago asking for details, pictures, chats, etc. Which I provided since MSI hasn't been of much help..

I was wondering on the status update for my request since I have not heard anything back. I'd prefer to keep the components I got but need to know how to proceed with Newegg if a return is required.

Your boot kit request was approved, you should have received a response from the team.

Thanks Ray. Got further e-mail communication shortly after posting.

Hope to have the boot kit this week so I can get this build up and running.
