I have the AMD system

and when I push sleep button, my system immideately waking up and OFF again. after that my BIOS settings always reset.
Can it is a CPU? I was try replace motherboard, another GPU, another RAM, PSU and SSD. another BIOS Flash too. everytime bios reset after sleep.
