Best GPU for threadripper 3970x ?

What is best GPU for threadripper 3970x ?, my PC is for software development workstation, no need for gaming or video rendering, but little 3D editing, budget under $500, if possible nearly $300-350, and is it good if i use my old RX 580 GPU for this purpose ?, before upgrade to TR 3970x, i use R9 3950x and my RX 580 is meet my needs

i currently use triple 24" FHD monitors,

My software : android studio, postman, xampp (running 5 instance simultaneously), visual studio 2019, vs code, adobe photoshop cs 6 (rarely used), android virtual devices (running 12 instance simultaneously), virtualbox vms (running 3 instance simultaneously)

Please help, any suggestion is appreciated

For a workstation you're going to want a FirePro video card, and for your budget it'd be the WX 7100. The next step down, the WX 5100, sacrifices 32% performance.
