Before upgrading -Is my cpu cooler enough?

Hello,currently i am using a ryzen 5 5500 with arctic freezer duo 34 and i am planning on upgrading to 5700x3d or 5800x3d.Do you guys think my cooler is enough to keep either of them cool enough?

Per this Artic press release, the Freezer 34 eSports Duo is rated up to 210W TDP. However always take the manufacturer claims with a grain of salt.

Gamers Nexus Review rates it as "good" on a 123W TDP load (which would estimate your X3D chip) at 56°C over ambient, but there are certainly better performing air coolers out there.

In the end it is only a 4 heatpipe, single fin stack cooler. It will do the job but you will likely want to take advantage of PBO limits to apply an all-core negative voltage offset to reduce the heat output as much as possible.

Thank you for your answer,do you mind if you could explain the PBO limits ,all-core negative voltage stuff.I am pretty new to this things and i dont really understand the terms .

Here's a video that explains using Curve Optimizer to undervolt the CPU. Since the X3D chips do not support overclocking, this is the only way to get more frequency out of them. (in addition to less voltage and lower temps)
