good day to all, I want to know why the battery of my new laptop does not charge 100%, it only reaches 99%, I have an AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics 2.10 GHz processor and I have windos 11 home, I want to know if that is something problem of updates of the operating system, because I took the equipment under warranty, but they carried out the proper checks on the battery and the computer as such and it did not throw any error, everything worked perfectly, I would like to know your opinion, Thank you very much for your collaboration.
