My new Acer nitro 5, AMD Ryzen 5, RX Radeon is not working good on games, it gets 20 fps on minecraft and has super low graphics and fps in Apex Legends, GTA, Fortnite and CSGO. I know very little about computers and my 15 day return policy at Best Buy is running out. Please tell me if there is a solution for my problem.. PLEASE HELP!!!

1. Running a laptop on the battery will enable some power savings features so when playing games you need to have the laptop plugged into a wall outlet.

2. Turn off all power savings features.

3. Set windows power plan to "high performance".

4. Stop or disable any programs or services you don't need that are running in the background.
