Athlon 200ge: 120gb ssd+ 500gb hdd necessary?, 16gb(8x2) ram or 8gb(4x2) ram?

I'm planning to build a PC with the Athlon 200ge Processor.

Does buying HDD necessary when building a pc when you have an SSD? if not, it is okay to build a PC even without HDD when you have an SSD?

Does it improve the performance of the pc when you have 16gb(8x2) ram on athlon 200ge processor, or it is just the same with 8gb(4x2) ram?

Well for Win.10 with that processor,(no Win.11 support) there should be no issue with an ssd, depending on capacity whether you need larger storage space or another hard drive, extra ram is good 16GB should cover most general needs.

Performance wise with ram depends on the speed and timings.
