hi, i have a soundblaster z se sound card if but i have sound problems, when i start the pc, i restart it i hear annoying electrical bumps coming from the speakers, what can it be? it's normal ? the motherboard is an asus b450 plus prime with the bios 3211 and the processor an amd 3200g.
