According to the ASRock web site.
Supports CPU up to 140w... So NO!
The FX-9000 cpu's are 220w. You would need to use a motherboard with the 990fx chip set.
Always check the CPU compatibility support lists on the motherboard web sites.
Each mobo maker lists the CPU/APU models that each mobo model supports on their website. The FX-9000 series CPUs need a mobo specifically designed to deliver the high 220w power required for the FX-9000 series CPUs which consume almost twice the power of a std. FX-8000 series 125w CPU. You will also need a CPU HSF with 220+W, a PSU with a minimum of 54 amps on the 12v rail (even more amps on the 12v rail with high power GPU cards) and additional mobo cooling of the VRM circuit. These FX-9000 series criteria must be met for the FX-9000 series CPUs to function properly. You may also need to manually set BIOS settings for P95 stability of an FX-9000 series CPU which is a factory overclocked FX-8350 CPU.
