Are these temps. okay for Ryzen 5 2600x

I just got my ryzen 5 2600x 3 days ago. I'm not sure if these cpu temperatures are safe or not .On idle its between 38-44°C
, under load it changes between 66 -76 °C. My mobo : msi b450m pro 2

Also , i  disabled the cpu boost on bios menu in order  to lower temperature  because it sets the core voltage to 1.4 .

XFR on = 1.4 - 1.5 

is good???
