These are my exact temps right now, with Chrome open and Spotify and a couple of backgroup apps. Running at 4,3GHz boosted, not all clocks.

PBO turned off, only Auto OC. 

Balanced power settings with 85% min and 100% max.

Tried to undervolt by 0.150 but somehow I don't think its being applied.

Around 25c room temperature.

The case has 3 fans on the from, 2 on top and one on the back. The front of the case has some small room on the borders to enter air but the rest is mainly covered by acrilic.

Using a Wraith Prism cooler from an old 2700X.

Thermal Paste applied poorly, had trouble fixing it and mounted/dismounted it more than a couple of times. I bet if I apply correctly it will make it better but still wanted to know if those are normal temps.

It depends on the ambient temperature, but I'd consider that possibly a touch high.  But it's nothing to worry about, unless you go too high under load.  That's the one you should check, but running something that pegs the CPU completely (e.g. any version of Cinebench).
