Are these temperatures ok for idle and what ones should I be looking at
because I am unsure which means what?

Your pic is of various motherboard temps ?
No part of your system should be running 80-90C at idle. Most likely that's your CPU in which case there's something wrong with your CPU cooling.
And use a different monitoring program, like HWinfo.
