AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition

Can I download AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition If I have AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor?

The Ryzen 5 2600 doesn't have Integrated Graphics so no need to download any Graphics driver.

Now if you talking about your GPU card you will need to post the Make & Model of your GPU card to determine if it can use the latest AMD Driver or not.

My Gpu reads as a Radeon RX 580 series. My reasoning for even asking if I could get AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition was because I wanted to alter my res on valorant.

Yes you can and should as the Radeon cards need Adrenalin drivers to function properly,
