Ryzen High Performance mode is for gaming/intensive use and doesn't allow the CPU speed or voltage to drop.

Using the Balanced or Power Saving plan will allow voltages and speed to fall.

I selected but nothing fall it stays above 1.444.

If i had to guess, its because some process is keeping activity on some cores. open up ryzen master and show a ss of that.

If you look at the average voltage, it is below 0.8v which means a lot of your cores are asleep and/or down-volting properly, but since your peak core is at 1.46v you have a light load going on. AND, I am going to guess that one of those loads is chrome. The other is steam, and probably one of the many other apps I see open on the right side of the task bar.

As long as you have cpu hog apps open you will never truely idle. You're only at 38c so your cooler works at least.

Than I dont  need worry?

Thank you.
