AMD Ryzen 7 3700X equiped laptop won't run Roland Live Recorder

Hi all,

My new laptop was purchased for video streaming and recording solutions. It's my first on AMD, Ryzen7 3700X, Windows 10Pro, 32Gb memory, nVidia RTX 2070GPU, 500Gb SSD.

The silly thing goin'on is that, the program will run on any older laptop, Intel cpu equiped...(but they're to slow)

There seems to be a issue with AMD on certain video software... (?)

Anybody has the same problems or a solution?

I went to the Roland Live Recorder Support and they have a driver for Windows x64 to download. It also mentions to specifically use an Intel Processor but doesn't mention any other processor: https://proav.roland.com/global/support/by_product/vr-4hd/updates_drivers/7f46cdde-0498-4489-95e6-25...

It is possible that Intel has a certain Microcode that AMD processor doesn't have. I would contact Roland Support and find out if AMD processors are compatible or not.

What Roland Device do you have connected to the laptop when using Roland Live Recorder software?
