AMD RYZEN 3 3250U processor

Can we upgrade or change the ryzen3 processor to a newer and more efficient processor so that i can perform more tasks.And Iam having Asus Vivobook 15 Ryzen 3 3250U laptop.

Or else please suggest me any methods to make my laptop bit more highly efficient and work smoothly.

You would have to ask asus support about upgrade options, or ask on their forum for advice from other owners.
