AMD PRO 500 Chipset Specification

I did not find anywhere the specification of the AMD PRO 500 chipset.
I have "Lenovo ThinkCentre m75q Gen 2" with amd ryzen 7 4750GE.
I would like to know the line of supported processors for this chipset.
Thank you!

From what I have read about your AIO PC it seems to use the AMD PRO 560 FCH CHIPSET which seems to be a OEM CHIPSET supplied by Lenovo.

AMD Download page doesn't have that special Chipset to download. You need to get it from Lenovo Support.

EDIT: I see your Lenovo PC is a All-In-One type of PC. Similar to a laptop. Here is Lenovo's CHIPSET Drivers for you PC depending on which model you have:

You can also update all your drivers from above links.

EDIT: Found this previous Tom's Hardware that explains about the new AMD PRO CHIPSET: https://www.tomshardware.com/news/amd-pro-500-motherboard-chipset-am4-socket

AMD does have one AMD PRO 500 CHIPSet but it might not be compatible with the AMD PRO 560 CHIPSET you have for your PC.

I might have misread your original post.

Are you asking what processors your motherboard supports to upgrade it?

The Chipset is for the motherboard and not for the processor. What determines what processor you can use is the Motherboard Socket which for the Ryzen processors is AM4 and the Motherboard's CPU SUPPORT LIST and BIOS Version.

It uses a AM4 Socket but you need to go to Lenovo Support to see their CPU SUPPORT LIST to find out which processor your PC supports including which BIOS version you need to recognize the new processor.

Your PC is similar to a laptop so you will either need to open a Lenovo Support ticket to find out which AM4 processor you can upgrade to or ask Lenovo's Forum.

NOTE: You PC Hardware Manual mentions how to replace the processor but doesn't mention which models will work in your AIO PC.
