AMD phenom II x4 960T and other Zosma/Thuban processors - compatibility with Foxconn H-Aira-RS780L-uATX motherboard?

Hi there. New to processor upgrades and am having to rely on the information at HP Support document - HP Support Center  (and HP Support document - HP Support Center ) which suggests that chips to Deneb (quad core) are supported so long as they have a max TDP of 95W.

However there are some hexa core AMD Phenom II chips (Thuban) and harvests with two disabled cores (Zosma) that also have a TDP of 95W. Might these also be supported by the motherboard? The motherboard spec does state that "Only Socket AM3 processors [which these Thuban/Zosma processors are] are supported with this motherboard.".

I've found information on a similar-sounding motherboard (Foxconn H-Alpinia-RS780L-uATX) that does imply that the hexa-core processors are supported. Are the specifications for the Alpinia and the Aira motherboards that different?

Many thanks for any advice that your can share!

Only HP can tell you that information. TDP is just one factor for compatibility, the BIOS has to have a specific entry for it else you can end up with something weird, like AMD Unknown Processor 1000mhz 1 core/1 thread.
