So I keep getting this error after I got an update on windows 10. I need amd overdrive because every time I restart my pc my cpuid resets to 4.0 voltage so I have to change it each time my pc launches up also my motherboard does not have any tools to change the voltage or not to my knowledge.
I tried using amdcleanuputility to uninstall everything. Then install everything back and did not work
Also I looked at update history and there is nothing there so I don't know what happened.
I added images to show info of my pc
amd overdrive error: amd overdriver cannot detect cpu on this computer

alright running cmd as administrator and doing sfc /scannow fixed it
looks like nothing can detect my cpu it was working fine the other day. I think it's something with rtcore64.sys i don't get what goes with this like i don't understand what service i'm supposed to be looking at that goes with it. I've been doing so much research and there is like not really a good explanation on what to do on how to fix it.
