1. where did you buy it? - usually the seller has to take care of warranty-stuff
2. how old is it? - still warrenty?

YOU MAST RETURN PROCESSOR TO STORE IN ORIGINAL BOX WHIT DECLARATION AND BILL WHIT WARANTY OF 3 YEARS OF DATE WHEN YOU A BUY PROC. IF 3 YEARS IT S OVER YOU MAST BY ANOTHER PROC!!!
