.. I clean it once a year, when I give it the problem I disarm it and I put thermal paste, the problem continues the same. Will it be spoiled? I have read that some processors lose their strength over time.

Try to buy another via Aliexpress from China, but they stopped it at Customs and it was impossible. How can I get another 6400+ CPU?
