Can anyone tell me if his part is rohs or non-rohs? Request a datasheet that would show the date code?

The data sheet does not say one way or the other. The change to lead free solder was several years ago so most likely the hardware over the last 10 years is all comparatively safe.

Early RoHS solder was not very good leading to hard disk failures back when 500GB and 750GB disks were mainstream. Now 4TB are so low in cost that 8TB are now being mass produced as the next wave of storage. 2TB hard disks are less than shipping costs for most people.

This website has many data sheets of old AMD electronic parts and where to purchase: https://www.datasheetarchive.com/?q=AM27C512-150DC

Found out the Data Sheet download link isn't any good. But you can always contact Rochester Electronics and they can probably answer your question since they seem to sell that part.

a parts supplier will not be any better off

the only one that knows for sure is the maker of the chips

they are not talking but most use a thermal epoxy between the logic and the lid
