Abnormally high L3 Cache latency (5900X)

So, not sure where things went wonky but I've been running these RAM timings ever since I got my 5900X like 6 months ago and my L3 Cache was running around 10.8ns back then. I've decided to do some benchmarks for the fun of it and the L3 Cache is consistently hitting 30ns each benchmark. Anyone have any idea what's causing this?

My timings were taken from DRAM Calculator's "safe" preset, so they're not as "tight" as some other folks say it could be, but I really don't know what to start tweaking first. RAM is Samsung b-die. Not sure if these timings are the result of my high L3 Cache latency, but here are some screenshots below.

I do have my CPU undervolted as well, per core. ranges from -10 to -18 depending on the core. Custom PPT, EDC, and TDC values are not set (I've just set my limits to "motherboard" in my BIOS). +150 on core clock boost through PBO. Everything's stable.

Same issue here on 5600x with the release build 22000.194,, L3 cache latency is reading ~30ns. Not sure if its just a measurement issue with AIDA64 & Win 11 or Win 11 itself, games & light usage are all working fine along with a few benchmarks I ran on both Win 10 & 11(Heaven & superposition).

Windows 11 is the cause of the higher latency. I suspect it will be addressed either via Aida64 or Windows in time.
