Hi, I have an AMD A8-9600 and it has always worked fine, recently every now and then it has randomly dropped from 3.4GHZ to 1.6GHZ and stayed there until I restarted my PC. I have checked the temperatures and it is only running at 48 degrees at the moment and I am on the most up to date BIOS version and I was wondering how I could fix this, thanks.
