9370 freezing

hello, i buy 9370, and i have a problem, my system forever give litl freezing, in system, in films, in videogames, i check all parametrs my system and temperatures, he have stable temperature 40-50 celcea processor, i have good cooler system, i change my motherboard whink she is problem, but not freezes dont go away, i know problem in processor, but dont know how it change

What BIOS version is the motherboard using?

What power supply are you using?

Your processors numbers look good, have you checked at the GPU and it's drivers for issues?

I put a new CPU, and all stand freez, its first, second i change motherboard freez stand in place again, when i change on old motherboard cpu with old cpu all be alright

What were the "old" motherboard and CPU?

Did you clear the CMOS between processor changes?

What power supply are you using? thermaltake tr2 rx 750 bronze

Your processors numbers look good, have you checked at the GPU and it's drivers for issues? yeap GPU work so good, reinstall system few days ago, install all top drivers to system, but its dont help=(
