7ghz r5 2600x btw

Little story time

since i first upgraded my gpu (thats allready been swapped out again) my aio had issues keeping down my 2600x on startup but after that didnt have an issue keeping it cool. ive wondereed what this could be for a while now. thesearethe readouts i got upon starting hwmonitor today (temp, cooler fans and clock speed went up simutaniously so no fault by hwmonitor) https://prnt.sc/r7upin

what exactly is happening here since i dont think this cpu even will run 7ghz when its overclocked to max.

thanks for reading

It's an error, either due to out of date or buggy software, or a BIOS needing to be updated.

i checked but the bios and chipset drivers on my mainboard are up to date allready, so seemingly its either an issue in this version or its a problem with my cpu or mainboard itself
