60% CPU USAGE

I build this pc last week and then suddenly cpu usage just went to 60%? I don't even know how to overclock or whatever! it just jump to 58 - 61  and This pic was taken on idle. It's just really sad i thought ryzen cpu were very strong then I'm seeing this... why lisa su

This has nothing to do with AMD...  you clearly have some process running in the background that is gobbling up all those CPU cycles...  I suggest you track that down.

If you are not familiar with tracking down what is eating up your CPU cycles in Task Manager this person has a video that may help you out.
