So I was lucky enough to get a 5900x but I am having an issue with Windows 10 mail.
I first discovered this issue when my fans rammed up while doing nothing in windows but when i loaded a game they actually decreased in speed.
My computer normally idles around 35-40 degrees with around 2-3% usage. As soon as i check for mail in the windows mail app CPU temp goes to around 70 Degrees within a few seconds. The and my usage goes to around 8-10% with the new 5% being for Microsoft Outlook Communications. I am coming from a 3700x which did not have this problem I am running a X570 AORUS ELITE with the latest bios
