Hi I know a lot of people asked about this but  I'm having a problem when I play warzone. the temps goes from 40 on idle to 91 instantly. I used to not care about this because I was still getting around 200fps but now I'm getting less than 100 and a lot of stuttering. I tried everything, changed the aio, the thermal paste and it doesn't seem to be the problem. On the core temp I noticed that the frequency on all cores is now under 2GHz and that's a problem. What do I do?

give more power cpu will run faster and hot...

give lower power it will boost slower but cooler...

Thank you for your answer. I am not really good at doing what the guy posted but I will give it a try as long as it doesn't damage my cpu and I still get good fps I am good with the solution
