I have an asus Rog strix b550-f mobo and am concerned about temps as I’m 40-50c idle jumping up and down on volts. And when I’m im a game my voltages are still 1.44 v at 4.4-4.7ghz I have pbo enabled with thermal throttling if I turn that off my cpu will jump from 75c max to 85c +
any recommendations
