Hello,

I have recently managed to get a 5600x to upgrade my system based around Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac. I have upgraded the BIOS to 4.20 and installed the new CPU. While the system boots, it is extremely unstable under Windows, throwing an assortment of BSOD errors. Oddly enough, it seems to happen exclusively when not under load, running make with 12 threads is stable.

I have decided to go for an RMA but four days later I am yet to receive a response beyond the ticket confirmation. How long does it usually take for the RMA team to respond? I am based in Germany if this is important.

It's not quick right now. It took 13 days for AMD to respond to my RMA request that I made beginning of December.

AMD have now responded and approved the request.
