My build has been running without any problems for past month but now it will randomly black screen and my mb will display "Memory Code 00" then "Memory test" and just hang. this even happens when its idle. BIOS loading can also be hit or miss

Seems pretty clear that your memory has problems.

Start by running Prime95 for at least an hour.  That will often reveal memory errors.

If that doesn't work (i.e. it doesn't get any incorrect results), run Memtest86 for 24 hours (you need to create a boot device with it - search and you'll find instructions on how).

Once you've established that there is a problem, you'll want to narrow it down by using progressively fewer sticks to isolate the bad RAM.

Thank you. Unfortunately it doesn’t stay on long enough to do much but will try memtest86 on it and see how it goes

The same thing happened when I ran memtest86 so I reseated the cpu and that seems to of worked.
