 yswai1986, makes no sense to me.  Core voltage of 1.325 is awfully high.  Please post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM) - simply drag-n-drop image into your reply.  Also post all your components and use CPU-Z MB tab to post your BIOS/AGESA.  Thanks and enjoy, John

Thanks, yswai1986.  This whole thing makes no sense.  I recommend you start over.  Update your W10 to 1909.18363.535 by formatting your C: disk and installing a fresh copy.  Get all you drivers from the vendors of the parts NOT MB vendor.  Get only BIOS from the MB vendor (web site shows 1701 latest not 0001, make sure you have it), all AMD drivers here.  Get the latest Ryzen Master here.  Then please post a RM screenshot.  Thanks and enjoy, John.
