My build:
Asus b450 TUF gaming plus
RTX 3070 msi gaming x trio
Ryzen 3600xt
2x Crucial Ballistix 8GB DDR4 3000 Mhz BL8G30C15U4B
PSU Gigabyte GP-P750GM, 750W, 80 Plus Gold
I can boot without problems with an Athlon 3000G but no success with the 3600xt. Fans on, usb off and no post and beep sounds.
Currently BIOS revision is 2803 and default was 2008 (compatible with the 3600xt). I've tried almost everything and even RMAd the cpu.
I suspect that it is ram imcompatibility or a problem with my motherboard, but doesn't explain why I can post with the Athlon 3000g.
Before spending money on a new motherboard or ram, I would like to know if there is something else that I can try.
Already built out of the case. Reseted CMOS. Tried to run with one ram stick. Connected hdmi to motherboard (makes no sense but ok). Removed everything except GPU, ram and cpu.
I didn't try using display port. Updating firmware for displayport. Changing any BIOS configuration except version.
