3600X Fails Memtest and Prime95

Hi Guys,

I had some programm crashes in last 2 month, so I thought it would be good to test stability with prime95 there I got 4 errors:

FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5 expected was less 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.
Toture Test completed 0 tests in 0 minutes - 1 error, 0 warnings.
Worker stopped.

That happend on worker #7,#8,#11,#12

after that I've run a Memtest86 with 2 errors:

2020-03-03 16:59:50 - [MEM ERROR - Data] Test: 8, CPU: 6, Address: 21CFB180, Expected: 0198BE1D, Actual: 550F4B81
2020-03-03 17:01:27 - [MEM ERROR - Data] Test: 8, CPU: 7, Address: 410ACA1C0, Expected: 7451C6C4, Actual: E5C7B9B6

So what do now? Never seen this before.
Specs bellow:

Ryzen 5 3600X with Dark Rock Pro 4 (max Prime 95 temp: 73°)
Gigabyte Aorus Pro X570
2x 8 GB G.Skill Trident Z Neo 3600 mHz (running without XMP to test if problems encounter so default clock is 2133 mHz)
Gigabyte 2070 Super 3x OC (out of the box clocks)

650 Watt BeQuiete Straight Power 11 80Plus Gold

SSD and HDD as Disk drives (shouldn't matter I think, correct me if I'm wrong)

Assuming the RAM is on the motherboard's QVL list and doesn't have compatibility issues, you are using smallest or small FFTs on Prime95 to remove RAM from the equation, then I would suspect faulty RAM.

I will ship the cpu and memory back to my vendor wich will try to reproduce it. If I get a message I will post it so other people know what to do.
