On 22.01.2021, i sent an RMA Request ({ticketno:[8201050488]}), following my previous one that was not completed due to personal reasons on my end. I have received an email on the 27th asking for the invoice and other info, and i replied with said info on the same day. Its been almost 2 weeks as of writing this since that and I am yet to get a reply letting me know what's happening with it.
I've been trying to RMA my 5800X due to abnormally high operating temperatures for over a month now with no luck.
I reviewed your ticket and there is no update from you regarding the requested information.
Please resubmit the information.

I just resent the mail with the information. The fact that the first one wasn't received is weird, but its ok as long as this one is received.
Here is proof that I did send it, along with the original from the 27th.
