Проблема заключается в том, что скорость записи в оперативную память не превышает 17000 MB/s не зависимо от частоты памяти.

Скорость чтения 24000 MB/s

Скорость записи 17000 MB/s

Скорость копирования 23000 MB/s

Задержка 65ns

Где узкое горлышко?

Почему скорость записи не соответствует другим режимам.

Процессор AMD FX 8320E 4.0Ghz ОС

Материнская плата Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 (rev. 3.0).

According to a Kingston HyperX PDF on your memory, the RAM Memory speed is determined by your motherboard BIOS:

You need to look at your RAM Memory BIOS Settings to see if it has something similar to XMP Settings/Options which overclocks the RAM Memory. In BIOS, you should be able to manually adjust the voltages and speeds of the RAM installed.

I suggest you either open a Kingston Support ticket or Gigabyte Support Ticket if you believe the speeds should be higher than what you posted.

The last BIOS version is from 02/06/2015. Also you didn't post what Windows version you have installed.

In bios settings, speed and timings are set in auto mode.
The memory operating frequency is 1600 with timings of 10-10-10-30 at 1.5V in the DUAL channel.
Used windows 7 professional x64.

CPU Frequency 4.0GHz
FSB bus frequency 200Mhz
Northbridge Clock 2200Mhz
Frequency HT 2400mhz

I ask you to give recommendations, please.
