Instead of asking for a Boot Kit, AMD is saying to RMA your CPU to be replaced under Warranty. Seems like you put in by accident a RMA of your CPU instead of asking for a BOOT KIT.

You need to put "BOOT KIT REQUIRED" in the "Problem Discription" part of the RMA Request. Instead you put "BOOTKIT" under "Serial Number" ("Warranty Claim:  OPN AD9600AGABBOX , Serial number BOOTKIT").  Unable to Boot New Desktop System Configured with AMD 2nd Generation Ryzen™ Desktop Processor, and A... 

Rather than ask for the boot package, AMD offers the RMA to replace your processor warranty. It looks like you accidentally inserted a RMA your processor instead of asking BOOT KIT.
