I got a high end X370 board when AM4 came out, along with the 1800X, knowing I wanted to upgrade when the last round of CPU's came out.
Now after CES 2019, hearing from Steve at Gamers Nexus talk about potential support for X470 and newer CPU's with PCIe 4.0 support, I'm getting worried if I'll be able to upgrade to a 7nm, 7nm+ or 5nm, if I'm even going to be able to use this board, or if I'll have to upgrade from it to something else. I know that 7nm+ and 5nm don't even exist yet, so numbers aren't even available, but on current 7nm, would I even be able to use the higher/highest end CPU's in the lineup, or would I need a newer X570 board?
