While in Idle my CPU has very weird temperature spikes to up to 10°C.
Like i do nothing and it has 36°C now and than boom 46°C in the next second and then 36°C again the next second whithout any reason.
It cannot be an Virus either because I completely reinstalled Windows.

what is your software to monitor temperatures ?

I use Ryzen Master, Armoury crate and HWInfo for monitoring temps.
The spikes are there in every one of them.
ok, try ALT+CTRL+DEL -> Task Manager and check for CPU usage, in idle mode no more than 2% of the CPU is in use.
If CPU usage > 2%, one or more software should working on background, try to find them.
