I purchased ryzen 5 2400g a day ago. When I start the pc and goes to bios CPU running at 55C and it keeps rising to 60C on the same screen of bios within 1 - 2 min.

I paired this CPU with Asus b450m-k. Any idea why this happening?

akash_p, please post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM) -simply drag-n-drop the image into your reply.  We need to see all your specifications, so please post them.  Please do a Clear CMOS using the instructions in your User Manual.  Thanks and enjoy, John.
