Ryzen 5 7600x and Z5 trident cl32 6400mzhz

I just build a new pc with a ryzen 5 7600x and g skill trident z5 non rgb cl32 6400mhz paired with a sapphire pulse rx 7800xt , i enabled the xmp profile for the ram sticks (voltages for the ram was 1.40v while on the regular profile was 1.10V) I ran to an issue which it wouldn't boot i fixed it and then i loaded PUBG after 5 minutes into the game my pc crashed. I re booted the pc loaded the game and then the game crashed. I disabled the xmp for the ram and now they are running on 4800mhz and I have no problem in game. Can someone help me with a good ram profile?

PanDiam, try running Thaiphoon Burner (free) so we can see what profiles are available. John.

Hi,

Have you crossed checked if that especific memory module is on the board QVL? If it isn't then you may be out of luck, as it was not tested or certified by the board vendor to work.

What does that mean?
You will have to work around and find the best memory timings and speed for it to work, reaching a compromise if possible.

Eg: Try something like 6000mhz to start with and maybe CL36 to see if its stable. After you find a "stable ground" work your way up. Don't mess with the voltages yet, keep it as the vendor says, if the maximum is 1.4v let it stay at 1.4v

Another way, RMA?

If you are still eligible to return no questions asked, I would. And get a memory kit thats on the QVL and preferably EXPO certified.

Good Luck

Ty for your reply , I created a custom xmp profile at 6000mhz cl32 and 1.3 Volts and it runs without an issue.
