Using ryzen 5 7600 ( non x) and got pretty huge underperforming (for example cpu-z single score is 590 when in must be 750+ and multiscore is 4900 when it must be 6000, cinebenchr23 multiscore is 12000) adding ryzenmaster +hwinfo screenshot while cinibench multiscore test is running for 10 minutes, so it shows there is no overheat and i didnt touch any pbo settings, only got some ram overclocking( its stable, tested for 2h with tm5 extreme anta777 test and got 0 errors). ofcourse everything is closed exept hwinfo and ryzenmaster while testing in cinebench or cpuz. win11 fresh install( version will be lower) and fresh install bios (version will be lower) with no changes exept ram.

Plus constant freezes in games like cyperpunk2077 or idniana jhones, game peroformance is decent but almost every fast move with mouse make a freeze to 5 and frametime is always spiky and it doesnt depends on game setting( low or ultra with rt = same reuslt with bad frametime and constant freezes). I can record some video with msi afterburner overlay if needed.

why do i think that it is cpu problem? Because i had same things about year ago (and even made thread about it) and then i used 6700xt and some different ram, so i changed ram and gpu and got same bad experience and i`m searching for help. Sorry for language mistakes and bad post structure, I am just tired of this awful perwformance.
