Hi
I've built a PC a few weeks ago with a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, but I've had noticed its temperatures are kinda high under full load.
I use a Raijintek EOS 240 AIO liquid cooler (240mm radiator), and under prime95 SMALL FFTs test, or on Aida64 FPU stress test, the temperatures goes up to around 85C with liquid cooling (with AMD default cooler reaches more than 90C).
I'm using a Cooler Master IC Essential E2 thermal paste with that liquid cooling. I also have a Deepcool Maelstrom 120T liquid cooler, which, to my surprise, gives the same results.
I tried different amount of thermal paste, two different water cooler (Deepcool Maelstrom 120T and Raijintek EOS 240), and nothing seems to reduce the temperature.
On full load, CPU Package Power (SMU) stays around 88W (as reported by HWiNFO64), and vcore varies from 1.237 to 1.287. Shouldn't the temperatures on full load be lower, since I have a 240mm AIO Water Cooler?
