In my BIOS frequency of Ryzen 5 2600 is 3.4 Mhz. Earlier in games the frequency was 2,8 Mhz and this was fine for me. There were good temperature, no freezes in games. But now, for some reason, frequency has increased to 3.7-3.8 in games and, as I suppose, because of that I got freezes now. Although MSI Afterburner showed me that I got stable 60 FPS. Motherboard - B450M. I just want to decrease it back to 2800 Mhz as it was ealrier. I was turning off A-XMP profiles and changing them but nothing changes. Game mode was off always. What cause the frequency being in overclocked mode?
